Delivery/Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all UK orders over £75.01! (excluding VAT @ 20%)

Shipping is £5.50 + VAT on orders below the value of £75.00 (excluding VAT @ 20%)

Goods will be shipped out using the select method of delivery, chosen at the checkout.

Please note: We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, all returns and delivery will be handled on the next working day.

Returns and refund policy

Should your order suffer from manufacturing defects or get damaged in transit, we will, at our discretion, organise for a free complete replacement product or for relevant replacement parts to be sent out – provided notification of damage is received by calling/writing/email within 7 days of the delivery date. If the ladder has been signed for in good condition and a fault is then found, it will be down to our discretion if a replacement ladder is sent out.

Cancellation

We also offer a refund for any cancellations made within 3 days of receipt, however, in instances where manufacturing or transit damage is not the reason for cancellation, this full refund will be minus the amount paid for the order to be delivered. It may be necessary for us to inspect goods and/or photographs before establishing the probable cause of damage.

Full refunds are only available for goods that are received in new condition fit for resale at full list price – we are not responsible for the returned goods while in transit; the customer is responsible for the condition of the product on its arrival back to our supplier, we will aim to transact refunds within 7-14 days of the arrival of the product at our supplier's office. 

Organising returns

1.        We can arrange for a courier to collect the product and return it to us. We are not responsible for the condition of the goods until they have been received by us, even when using our courier service – and we are unable to ensure goods collected from the customer.
